Web Admins can now create new schedules from the web! This highly requested feature is now available to Web Admins in all editions of MSP and VSP.

Thanks to the latest update, it’s now possible to leverage your data to gain insights from anywhere with an internet connection. A few examples include going online to check the distribution of positions, monitor no-shows, and create custom rosters to share with your team!

Web Admins can now make adjustments to the Teams pane from any web-enabled device via the Web Terminal!

Streamline how you process your volunteer changes by accessing Web Forms from any mobile or web-enabled device! Now you can approve Web forms without waiting to return to your desk, so you can quickly fill positions. You can even reply via email to the volunteer who submitted the form. Plus, by processing profile changes as they come in, you know you’re working with the most up-to-date volunteer contact info, service preferences, and away dates when scheduling!

The Ministries pane is now accessible to Web Admins via the Web Terminal from any phone, tablet, or laptop! Now you can add, edit or delete ministries, subdivisions, and folders, and manage settings from the palm of your hand.

The Service Time pane is now accessible to Web Admins via the Web Terminal from any phone, tablet, or laptop! Now you can add, edit or delete any service, review ministry requirements, or make changes to the ministry requirements right from the palm of your hand.

Preassignments are a way to schedule individual volunteers according to any repeating pattern, such as every Sunday or the third week of every other month. Web Admins can now easily manage repeating assignments from the Admin view of the Web Terminal. In addition, the ability to sort Preassignments by volunteer, ministry, or assignment pattern online helps schedulers identify gaps and better plan services.

This release gives Leaders and Web Admins access to the same helpful interface available in the desktop app app. It’s part of a larger effort to move more functionality to the web.
