Nosara, Costa Rica: A retreat to remember

Rotunda's annual retreats are always spectacular, and our recent week-long trip to Nosara, Costa Rica was no exception.

This past April we invited our team and their families to gather in a beautiful small coastal town to spend quality time working and hanging out together. In addition to a couple of company-wide meetings, some unexpected highlights included an impromptu Rotunda Surf School, after-dark poolside acoustic karaoke, and a birthday party potluck for one of our full-stack developers.

As we reflected on our time together afterwards, one clear theme emerged. Rotunda's mission, values, and clients are the reasons we strive to continue innovating our products and internal processes, but the people that make up Rotunda are the special sauce that makes working here an absolute joy.
