Over the last six months, we've focused on further enhancing those abilities. Your feedback has inspired a major new release of Unison.io that is more powerful, more streamlined, and easier to use than ever before.

There's much to share about the new Unison.io, but here are just a few highlights.

Streamline emails and texts

The new Unison.io release supercharges what you love and streamlines the rest. Write your message, hit send, and reach all recipients in one shot through whatever contact info they’ve provided: either email or text. No hassle. No need for members to download anything new.

Personalize your messages

As a member of your group, which would you rather receive: a message addressed to “group member,” or one addressed to you, personally? It's a no brainer, right? That's why, with the new Unison.io, you can personalize emails and texts with member names or any other information about them by using “tokens”. Watch what happens to your response rates as your messages appear custom-tailored to each member of your group!

Coordinate your calendars

So much of organizing is scheduling, which is why Unison.io allows people to sign up for events directly through your emails, and automatically sends them email reminders. With the new Unison.io, each event includes a link that allows recipients to add it to their personal calendars. Even better? You can now include links to events in text messages!

Save your conversations

You told us how helpful it is to have your group's emails, texts, and replies in one place. Until now, though, one piece of the puzzle was missing: private replies. In the new Unison.io, private replies are also visible to the appropriate people! See how smooth membership and leadership changes become when you can track all your messages in one place!

Leverage your data

We know you’ve been leveraging the power to track certifications, availability, and any other information that matters, with custom fields. The new Unsion.io expands that power by streamlining the way custom data is collected. If you already have the data, it takes just a few minutes to import it from a spreadsheet. And if you don't have the data, you can now gather it directly from your members using an emailed form! What's more, in the Organization Plan, you can now choose which custom fields are kept private, and which ones are shared for your whole organization to use.
