We’re pleased to announce that Unison.io has moved out of beta, and is now available for public sign up!
Unison.io is a flexible communication tool built for groups who are ready to move beyond messy email chains and improve their overall team organization. For over a year now, we’ve had the opportunity to solicit feedback from a variety of small groups, many of who have shared their perspective on how their group could best use Unison.io, and offered helpful feedback on existing and potential functionality. Working with that feedback, we continued to shape the platform, fine-tuning a suite of features that best support the communication needs for many types of small groups. Now, we’re bringing all of those exciting features to you!
Send emails or text messages
Create interactive, richly formatted messages to share information with some or all of your group members, even if they do not have a Unison.io account. Members without an email address can receive your messages via text, while those without a phone number can receive your texts via email. Members can also set their own preference!
Engagement reporting
See which email addresses have bounced, which group members have opened your messages, and when. This is a great opportunity to see the effectiveness of your messages and identify which of your group members are the most engaged.
RSVPs and polls
Collect feedback from your group members through events and polls embedded directly in your messages. Request RSVPs, opinions, ask members to complete forms, and track responses in real time.
Meeting, upcoming event and milestone calendar
The calendar lets your group members visualize important dates, such as meetings, upcoming special events, or important milestones. Members can then sync this calendar to their personal calendar so they never miss another event.
Public facing calendar
Publish your event calendar publicly to encourage attendance and participation from people not yet in your group. You can request RSVPs and invite the public to sign up for event needs, like helping with setup or bringing snacks.
Sign ups for needs or tasks
Make sign ups available to group members or the public when you have specific needs or tasks that need to be accomplished, such as setting up your monthly meeting room, providing snacks or beverages, or helping with cleanup.
Searchable communication
End sifting through email chains trying to find important dates, documents, or responses. Search through all communication sent to and from your group from within Unison.io.
No member login required
All communication sent through Unison.io reaches your members where they are, whether that’s through email or text messages, without them needing to create a Unison.io account.
